I'm sorry, I can't make it this time 则听起来更自然。

Thanks for thinking of me.
I can't take this on right now.
My schedule is full this week.

50 English Phrases You’ll Actually Use Every Day 以及 100 Daily English Sentences for Everyday Conversations 一起看。

I can't take this on right now.
I'm not able to commit to that timeline.
Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it.
I wish I could help, but I can't.
While we can't do that, here's what we can do.

1I can't take this on right now. I can't take this on right now because I need to finish the quarterly report by Friday.
2I'm not able to commit to that timeline. I'm not able to commit to that timeline, but I can send a first draft next Tuesday.
3I don't have the capacity this week. I don't have the capacity this week. Could we revisit this after the launch?
4That won't be possible on my side. That won't be possible on my side, but I can share the files you need.
5I need to prioritize my current deadline. I need to prioritize my current deadline, so I can't join the extra review today.
6I can't give this the attention it deserves. I can't give this the attention it deserves right now, so I don't want to say yes and deliver poor work.
7Could we look at another option? I can't attend the full meeting. Could we look at another option, like a 15-minute summary call?
8I agree with the goal, but not this approach. I agree with the goal, but not this approach. I think the timeline needs more review.

That's not my job.
I may not be the right person for this, but I can point you to the team that handles it.

想看更完整的邮件结构,可以参考我们的 how to write a professional email

9Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it. Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it on Saturday.
10I'd love to, but I already have plans.友好I'd love to, but I already have plans that evening.
11I won't be able to join this time. I won't be able to join this time, but I hope it goes well.
12That sounds lovely, but I have to pass. That sounds lovely, but I have to pass this weekend.
13Maybe another time.随意I can't tonight, but maybe another time.
14I'm going to sit this one out. I'm going to sit this one out, but thank you for including me.
15I appreciate the invitation, but I won't be able to attend.正式I appreciate the invitation, but I won't be able to attend the dinner.

I don't want to go.
Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it this time.

16I wish I could help, but I can't. I wish I could help, but I can't cover your shift tomorrow.
17I'm sorry, I can't help with that today. I'm sorry, I can't help with that today. I have back-to-back calls.
18I can't do the whole thing, but I can help with one part. I can't do the whole thing, but I can review the introduction.
19I don't think I'm the best person for this. I don't think I'm the best person for this, but Maya has handled similar cases before.
20I can't promise that.坚定I can't promise that, but I can check what options we have.
21I need to say no this time. I need to say no this time because I have too much on my plate.
22I can't make that work, unfortunately. I can't make that work, unfortunately, but thank you for asking.

Fine, I guess.
I can't help today, but I can do 20 minutes tomorrow morning.

Fine, I guess

23I understand why you'd ask, but we're not able to offer that. I understand why you'd ask, but we're not able to offer refunds after the trial period ends.
24While we can't do that, here's what we can do. While we can't extend the discount, here's what we can do: move you to the monthly plan.
25That falls outside our current policy. That falls outside our current policy, but I can explain the available options.
26We don't support that feature at the moment. We don't support that feature at the moment, but I can show you a workaround.
27I'm afraid we can't make an exception in this case. I'm afraid we can't make an exception in this case, because the deadline has passed.
28I want to be transparent: this isn't something we can provide. I want to be transparent: this isn't something we can provide under the current contract.
29The closest option would be... The closest option would be our annual plan, which includes priority support.
30Let me suggest a better path. That request isn't available, but let me suggest a better path for your use case.

No, we can't.
While we're unable to do that, here's what we can do.

I'm sorry, I can't.
I don't care. I don't have a strong preference, but I can't help with that.
That's impossible. That won't be possible with the current timeline.
Ask someone else. I may not be the right person, but you could ask Jordan.
I'm too busy. I don't have the capacity this week.
Whatever. I'll leave that decision to you, but I can't join this time.

I'm sorry, but... I'm sorry, but I can't make it tonight.
I'm afraid... I'm afraid we can't approve that request.
Unfortunately,... Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend.
I wish I could, but... I wish I could, but I have another commitment.
At the moment,... At the moment, we don't support that file type.

I'm sorry, I can't attend I'm so, so sorry, I feel terrible

No, I'm busy.I can't take this on today, but I can review it tomorrow morning.
I don't want to.Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it this time.
That's not included. That falls outside the current scope, but I can send you a quote for the extra work.
No, we don't have that.We don't support that feature at the moment, but I can show you the closest workaround.
I don't know.I can't promise that, but I can check the available options.
