TABLE OF CONTENTS
I'm sorry, I can't make it this time のほうが自然です。
Thanks for thinking of me. |
I can't take this on right now. |
My schedule is full this week. |
50 English Phrases You’ll Actually Use Every Day や 100 Daily English Sentences for Everyday Conversations もあわせてどうぞ。

|---|---|---|
No. | それだけだとぶっきらぼう | I'm sorry, I can't. |
I don't care. | 失礼で冷たい印象 | I don't have a strong preference, but I can't help with that. |
That's impossible. | 強すぎて厳しく聞こえる | That won't be possible with the current timeline. |
Ask someone else. | 相手を突き放して聞こえる | I may not be the right person, but you could ask Jordan. |
I'm too busy. | 自分本位に聞こえやすい | I don't have the capacity this week. |
Whatever. | いら立ちが出る | I'll leave that decision to you, but I can't join this time. |
|---|---|---|
I'm sorry, but... | 親切に聞こえたいとき | I'm sorry, but I can't make it tonight. |
I'm afraid... | フォーマルに断る必要があるとき | I'm afraid we can't approve that request. |
Unfortunately,... | 残念なお知らせを伝えるとき | Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend. |
I wish I could, but... | 好意を示したいとき | I wish I could, but I have another commitment. |
At the moment,... | 今後変わる可能性があるとき | At the moment, we don't support that file type. |
I'm sorry, I can't attend I'm so, so sorry, I feel terrible

| I don't want to. | Thanks for inviting me, but I can't make it this time. |
| That's not included. | That falls outside the current scope, but I can send you a quote for the extra work. |
| No, we don't have that. | We don't support that feature at the moment, but I can show you the closest workaround. |
| I don't know. | I can't promise that, but I can check the available options. |
